14 days returns and refund Terms and Conditions :

Although there is only checking warranty in physical stores, brandtech.pk provides 14 days money back guarantee for our valued customers.

1. If a customer received faulty product then he/she could contact us for return or refund with in 14 days on given number/email/FB messenger.
2. Complete packaging and invoice required at time of submitting products for claim.
3. You can submit the products via courier service to our mentioned address on site.
4. Shipping fee of returns and refunds on buyer expense but it will be refunded if claim is valid.
5. Once claim found valid then you will be offered a replacement free of cost or you get a full refund in a form of store credit plus a coupon of 10% discount on next purchase.
6. If you want to take refund in cash, NO ISSUE. Just Let us know through our customer service 0332-4030800. As we receive the product, our quality assurance team will check and evaluate the condition of product and packaging. On approval, we will transfer your money through U-paisa or online bank transfer.(Rs 250 will be deducted of first time shipping )
7. If claim not found valid then same product will be shipped back on buyer expense.
8. Refund and returns are not applicable on personal likes/dislikes or change of mind.
9. Refund not applicable if only Box show sign of mishandling during intercity or intracity shipping though product is unharmed.
10. If along with box the product inside also got damaged during shipping then immediately contact on our WhatsApp number and share evidence so we can recover amount and refund you while you need to resend it back to get refund.
