How to Claim Warranty?
In order to claim the warranty of a product purchased from us , customer needs to ship back the product with complete packaging to the address mentioned on website.
Our quality control team will assess the claim for validity.
If claim found to be valid then a new replacement will be shipped to customer without any other hidden charges.
If claim found to fail on the terms and conditions that we have mentioned on warranty limitations then same package will be shipped back on customer expense.
We offer 1 year warranty coverage on the products we sell.
Warranty periods start from the date of invoice to next 365 days for New pin pack products having their company retail packaging.
Warranty Period of 30 days on products not having their company retail packaging. (Box pulled new or Used with box or without box)
If customers warranty claim found valid of specific product during 1 year of warranty period and that specific product is out of stock at that moment then customer will be offered with following:
- Get the other product from our stock of same value.
- Get a store credit of your purchased value mentioned in invoice.
- Can wait till that specific product arrive back in stock.
Any customer induced damage arising due to misuse of the unit, damages due to liquid or physical abuse, or normal wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty.
The warranty is void if the unit is tampered with, altered or repaired by unauthorized persons, and if the sales box/ pack is not complete.
Damages caused to the unit, by accidents, lightning or any other acts of God are not covered by this warranty.
Burns due to any reason like power failure or severe voltage surge will not be covered under warranty.
Warranty will not cover compatibility issues of products purchased from us to out dated devices or OS.
Warranty will not cover the accessories of the main products comes in box.
